The guy was SO nice and then about 2 weeks after we arrived in Oregon we got half of our security deposit back. He had a list of stuff that he had to do. I cleaned that place from top to bottom. He charged us for light bulbs and patching up the wall with spackle. He can't do that, that is normal wear and tear. Since we were in Oregon and he was in Illinois there was nothing we could do about it. I hope it all works out for you. How is your place? Are you on the first floor?
