We’re gonna get rid of a whole bunch of, well, junk and stuff, this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We’d love for everyone in the area to stop by, maybe to atone for not making it to the picnic, hmm? Just kidding, totally. Seriously, please stop by, even if you’re not in the market for our leftover crap fine used household items. We’ll have some snacks ready for any friends who stop by.
If you want our address, phone number, or directions, just email me (link is at the top left of this page). If I don’t email you back, it means we probably don’t want you showing up anyway!

You were actually looking at a picture of a 3-layer cake. The most awesome Stephanie made it to resemble a hamburger, using pink frosted cookies for tomatoes, melted candy for the lettuce and cheese, gum drops for the onions, rice crispies for the sesame seeds, and crushed chocolate cookies coating the outside of the middle layer to resemble the hamburger patty. Except for maybe the milk and the eggs in the batter, it was completely animal-product free, so you could have had a huge slice guilt-free!

I love garage sales but I wasn’t invited!!! Phooey.
I really just came by to say my dad told me about dragon flies cutting you open and sewing you shut again. I had rows of jars of insects on our porch, and continued to capture those large green dragon flies though I was terrified of them!!!

Thanks, Routheaux, I’m glad to know I wasn’t the only one haunted by visions of scary flying insects as told by a father.
By the way, for benefit of regular readers thinking “What the heck does all that have to do with the price of tea in China?”, I urge you to see the comments on this post on Tanya Kristine’s site.
