					<description>The interesting thing is, he had a bachelors degree from OSU. He was actually a pretty smart guy when it came to some things, but when it came to interacting with people, both his subordinates and others we all worked with, he had some problems. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;He thought he was the smoothest guy in the world, but when people saw him coming, they would often strike up a conversation with some other total stranger in the hallway just to avoid having to make eye contact with him, 'cause they knew otherwise they'd be stuck in a loooong booooring one-sided conversation about how great he was and how superior he was to everyone else.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;That, and the fact that he mangled words on a comically regular basis.</description>
